EPA just issued an existing stocks order for Engenia, Tavium, and XtendiMax, previously labeled for use in dicamba-tolerant cotton and soybean. This order authorizes limited sale and distribution of these products already in possession of growers or retailers. Use of Engenia, Tavium, and XtendiMax must be consistent with the previous labels. Furthermore, the existing stocks order allows sale and distribution of Engenia, Tavium, and XtendiMax for use in dicamba-tolerant soybean until May 31, 2024 and dicamba-tolerant cotton until June 30, 2024.
